Rent Covered Bleacher Seating

Covered bleacher seating is an excellent choice for many outside events.  Some reasons to choose covered bleacher seating over open air seating would be to protect your guests from the sun during the summer season, shield people from the rain if the event is scheduled in a wet season or just provide shelter from the elements during the event.  Another reason would be to use the bleachers for a private event in which case a larger tent or structure can be used and closed in to make the event feel more indoors.  Whatever the case covered bleachers can add a great deal of protection and comfort for event seating.  

If you decide to use a tent to cover the bleachers you need to make sure they will be large enough to accommodate the bleacher seating. If using a 10 row bleacher system the tent need to be at least 12’ tall to start in order to clear the back fence height and allow for people to get to the highest seats.  The depth of the tent must be at least 20’ but larger is suggested if you would like to have a little covered space in front of the bleachers.  As always we are available by phone or email to assist you with your event layout and design and help make the right decisions for the events needs.

Rent Bleachers for Little League Baseball and Rec Sports

Here comes the spring and with it rec sports! All different types of sporting events will start happening over the next few weeks. From little league baseball and games to soccer events and tennis matches. All sports have a tie to the community and people who participate or spectate during the events. The spring sports definitely teach children valuable life lessons and sometimes the parents as well.

One of the commonalities between the sports is that everyone needs a place to sit and watch the practices and games. Sometimes fields or events do not have adequate spectator seating for the games, and that is when they call Rental Bleachers Inc to fill those needs. Every event we provide bleacher seating for has benefited either by adding additional revenue by selling seats or just making the guests more comfortable while they watch their children play the game. Next month in Rome Georgia we will be providing rental bleacher seating for the Rome Braves baseball club during an exhibition game and we are very excited to be a part of such a great event. Bleacher Rentals in Atlanta Georgia

In 2013 RBI completed numerous projects in the Atlanta area for clients ranging from schools requiring additional seating for football games and other sporting events to movie productions using our bleachers to make magic happen on set. Being based in Florida may seem like it would be hard to provide competitive prices for bleachers in the area however our unique bleacher design and installation process allows us to not only compete but offer some of the best pricing for events all across the State of Georgia.  

During a corporate event in Centennial Olympic Park this past spring we installed 1,200 total seats for a one day event and the installation took 6 hours.  We came into the park after dark and when the sun had risen the bleachers were ready for the games.

What to expect when renting bleachers for your event!

When you are trying to find bleachers to rent for an event, the first question is always "How much does it cost to rent bleachers?".    The challenge with this question is there are many different factors that determine the cost for an event that needs rental bleachers.    Here are some of the questions you should expect when you contact a rental bleacher company (ideally Rental Bleachers, Inc.!).

• Where will the event take place?   You will need to know at least the city and state for the event.  At RBI, we can provide rental bleachers in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. 
• Will the event be indoors or outdoors?   This will determine the type of bleachers and the amount of work needed to prep the area to set-up the temporary bleachers.
• What type of surface will the bleachers be placed?   Is it level, is there enough room?  If we need to level the area for the bleachers, there could be additional costs.
• How will the installers access the area to deliver the rental bleachers?  A key factor in cost can be if the bleacher installation team needs to carry the materials, or if they can drive up to the location where the aluminum bleachers will be installed.
• How many people are you seating at your event?   Usually bleachers are based on a "per seat" basis, and the more seats you rent, the less per seat the cost would be.  If your event is charging for seats, it may be most cost effective to rent more bleachers and have some extra space.
• When is the event, and how long will you need to rent the bleachers?   Bleacher rentals are available for one day, one week, several weeks, or even months.
• Will the city or local government where the bleachers will be rented require engineer drawings of the bleachers?   Most do not, however, some may require this based upon the size of the bleacher seating.  Some may even require plans for the project.   We can provide all of this, but it is an important factor.
