Can You Explain All Charges and Fees?
Everybody is budget conscious these days, and nobody likes surprises when it's time to pay. If you're renting, for example, aluminum bleachers for an outdoor concert, you need to know all the charges and fees and what they're for. Can You Place Bleachers on a Dirt (or Sand) Surface?
Bleachers need a firm foundation, and when we talk to you, we'll ask you about the type of surface on which the bleachers will be placed. We've been in business long enough to understand that we can't make a qualified recommendation until we understand what type of surface you'll be placing bleachers on.
Have You Provided Seating for This Type Event Before?
It's best if your bleacher rental company has worked on events similar to yours before. Do they know the best type of bleachers for a parade, graduation ceremony, or concert? Can they help you determine if you need a center aisle or not? Can they get to the setup site in plenty of time before the event? Can I See the Engineering Drawings?
If you're a city event coordinator and you need seating for a parade, for example, you may feel more comfortable if your city engineer looks over the engineering drawings for the aluminum bleachers you want for the event. Some events require engineering drawing inspection before a bleacher contract is signed. At Rental Bleachers, we're happy to accommodate requests to look at engineering drawings.
