Bleacher Rentals in Atlanta Georgia

In 2013 RBI completed numerous projects in the Atlanta area for clients ranging from schools requiring additional seating for football games and other sporting events to movie productions using our bleachers to make magic happen on set. Being based in Florida may seem like it would be hard to provide competitive prices for bleachers in the area however our unique bleacher design and installation process allows us to not only compete but offer some of the best pricing for events all across the State of Georgia.  

During a corporate event in Centennial Olympic Park this past spring we installed 1,200 total seats for a one day event and the installation took 6 hours.  We came into the park after dark and when the sun had risen the bleachers were ready for the games.

In Autumn RBI installed temporary seating for high school football playoffs not only in Marietta but also Macon and Savannah areas as well.  We offer short term and long term rentals to accommodate spectators of up to 5000 additional seats. 

When you are renting bleachers there are a few things you need to know.  First, bleacher companies do not always offer similar products.  Some companies still use older and heavier bleachers that do not meet the same standards as the newer and more comfortable seating offered by RBI.   Next, be aware of the season and once you know that you may need bleachers try and book as quick as possible.  This not only ensures the availability but it will also save you money by allowing us to schedule in advance all the required materials and manpower needed.  Some events especially during football months book in the Spring or even 6 months in advance to guarantee the highest quality at the best price.

Ask questions when getting quotes from any company.  Who have they worked with prior to your event? Do they have good references? What shape are they bleachers in? Are they wood or aluminum? Can they send drawings or images of the exact bleachers they are proposing for your event?
